Compelling stories can be the driving force for change in the world. While bringing works of fiction to life on the screen, our focus is on social, political and global issues. These are challenges that affect everyone, all over the world, but which ordinary people can overcome – if only we work together. We are here to give you a stake in those stories.

Cristina Menz and Andrew Patterson are a creator / writer duo based in Edmonton, Alberta. We bring a global perspective to our work – having visited 25 countries combined and grown up between Alberta, Chile,

and bordertown Texas.

Not unlike the latter, tumbleweed capital of the American south, our futuristic drama/ adventure TV series IOTA 2084 follows a cadre of young adults in a parched farming community who long for a better life. Narratives like these ought to bring important messages to audiences, but also make for splendid entertainment.
